Booking fees
All booking fees are strictly non refundable. We require a non refundable booking fee that is taken off the full amount payable for the course. Please note that your booking fee is an automatic acceptance of these booking terms.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Participants may reschedule their course once only, with a minimum of five days notice prior to the original course date. Any reschedule or cancellation made within the five days of the course will results in the loss of the booking fee. If a course is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start date, the full course fee is payable. Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
Course material and manuals.
All course manuals and training materials remain the property of Zoe Hall Permanent Makeup and Training. These materials are provided for personal use only and must not be resold, copied, shared or distributed without prior written consent.
Zoe Hall Permanent Makeup is insured to train and students are covered during the training course, however you are strongly advised to take out your own professional insurance and liability. For most training courses you will be required to bring your own model, please ensure your models are comfortable of being supervised in a training environment and having pictures and videos of them being published. They will require consultations and skin test prior to the training course.
