Meet Zoe – PMU Specialist & Beauty Therapist
Hello, my name is Zoe, I am the founder of Zoe Hall Permanent Makeup. I bring over two decades of experience in the beauty industry, having qualified as a beauty therapist in 1999. Throughout my career, I’ve always had a passion for enhancing natural beauty and helping clients feel their absolute best.
In 2019, I decided to take the next step in my professional journey and began training in Permanent Makeup (PMU). This decision was driven by my desire to offer long-lasting, low-maintenance beauty solutions that simplify daily routines while maintaining a natural, elegant look. I quickly fell in love with the artistry and precision of PMU, and I’ve continued to develop and refine my skills ever since.
In 2021, I completed further advanced training in both lip blush and eyeliner tattooing—specialising in subtle enhancements that define and balance the facial features without overpowering your natural beauty. These treatments are designed to deliver smudge-free, long-lasting results that give clients a sense of confidence and ease.
In January 2023, I expanded my services further by completing accredited training in saline tattoo removal and lightening. This treatment allows me to safely and effectively correct or fade unwanted pigment, offering clients more options when it comes to adjusting or removing previous permanent makeup work.
In 2025 I have completed MCA (Multi Trepanic Collagen Actuation) also known as dry needling. Designed to restore confidence in scar revision. I also completed Areola post Mastectomy and Enhancing symmetry and definition of the areola and nipple. Scar revision helps to soften and camouflage the appearance of scars, while areola restoration offers natural-looking results for clients post-surgery.

My treatment space is carefully designed to feel serene and relaxing, while also adhering to the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and clinical care.
